A Boca Raton real estate investment firm bought a five-building east Orlando office park for $33.3 million on Auction.com, according to a news release.
Crocker Partners LLC bought the 386,512-square-foot, 27-acre Orlando University Center office park west of the University of Central Florida?s main campus. The office park ? whose tenants include Woolpert Inc., Zenith Insurance, the Social Security Administration and Dignitas ? was 70 percent occupied at the time of the sale, the release said.
Fred Beasley and Bret Felberg of Colliers International Central Florida, along with John Crotty in Colliers International?s South Florida office, represented seller JPMCC 2005-CIBC13 Orlandville Offices LLC. Crocker Partners represented itself.
The Colliers team worked with the Auction.com platform and Chuck Wolter of Archetype Mortgage Capital, which provided the financing for the transaction on behalf of the buyer.
