i am investor, and am buying property for renting in Sac. Placer tittle agency said we need to use NOD purchase agreement. They say its for my protection, so that sellers can not rescind 2 years after COE.
However, NOD purchase agreement paragraph 33, says, iii) seller can rescind the contract 2 years after COE.
So 2 contradictory statement. Any thoughts, advice or experience???
